Miranda Dickinson established Like A Rhinestone Cowgirl, LLC in 2006. The business began as a hobby of traveling across Oklahoma and parts of Texas selling her one-of-a-kind handmade jewelry pieces on various weekends. While juggling college at Oklahoma State, traveling with her successful growing business on the weekends and looking to pursue a career that she was passionate about. At the age of 22, with the heart of a true entrepreneur she decided to follow her dreams, take a risk and open Rhinestone Cowgirl in August of 2009, located on Historic Campus Corner in Stillwater, Oklahoma.
What started off as a small business of handmade jewelry quickly grew into the glitzy icon Rhinestone Cowgirl is today. Not only does Miranda continue to offer unique and fashionable jewelry to her customers, she specializes in officially licensed Oklahoma State University apparel featuring her original designs. To compliment the jewelry and apparel, she also offers a wide variety of gift items and accessories.
In July 2014 Miranda opened Knoblock & Co. next door to Rhinestone Cowgirl on Campus Corner where she offers a wide variety of kitchen items, cookbooks, specialty and gourmet foods, gift items, candles and home décor. Rhinestone Cowgirl allows her to express her fun and funky side while Knoblock & Co. is a way she can remember her sweet grandma and the memories they made together in the kitchen. She hopes Knoblock & Co. will inspire customers to get in their kitchen and create something delicious for their families and spend quality time with those they love. www.knoblockco.com
